This legendary musician was also an able composer, playback singer, poet, actor and multi-instrumentalist. Apart from working with famous Indian musicians like Pandit Bhimsen Joshi, Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia and Kishori Amonkar, he also worked with several foreign musicians. Pandit Ajoy Chakrabarty is poised nearly as a cult figure among all the legendary Indian Classical Vocalists of today.

Suprabhat ''Meditation with morning ragas''.... Pandit Nirmalya Dey is a renowned master vocalist and teacher in the tradition of Dagarvani dhrupad. Inspired by his mother, he started his initial dhrupad training with Prof. Nimaichand Boral, who was a disciple of Ustad Nasir Moinuddin Dagar. From 1988, Nirmalya Dey learned in the true guru-shishya tradition based on the master-disciple relationship, spending extended time with the celebrated dhrupad master, Ustad Zia Fariduddin Dagar.

Meditation with morning ragas...Srimathi, the violinist, popularly known to the world of Carnatic Music as Lalgudi Srimathi Brahmanandan hails from a family of musicians in South India devoted to professional music for four generations. Her father Shri Valadi R. Gopala Iyer was a versatile music teacher who taught vocal, veena, violin and mrudangam. Anuradha Sridhar comes from a long line of master artists that have contributed immensely to the field of Carnatic music.
