Prasun Banerjee (singer)
Pandit Prasun Banerjee (Bengali: প্রসুন ব্যানার্জী) (c. 15 August 1926 – 22 March 1997) was a Hindustani classical vocalist from the Patiala Gharana.
He left college at age twenty and undertook music training, first from Jamini Ganguly and later from Jnan Prakash Ghosh. He was an A grade artist at All India Radio. In 1957 he married Meera Chatterjee and later both of them became disciples of Bade Ghulam Ali Khan. He taught classical music at the Calcutta School of Music and received the ITC award (1994) and the Bhuwalka award (1995).

Gopeshwar Banerjee
Gopeshwar Banerjee or Gopeshwar Bandopadhyay (1880–1963) was an Indian classical singer and musicologist, belonging to Bishnupur gharana of Hindustani music, which originated in Bishnupur in West Bengal. He was known for his khyal and dhrupad renditions, besides Rabindra Sangeet. He also sang thumri, and most notably the thumri, Kon Gali Gayo Shyam, in Raga Mishra Khamaj, which he popularised. As a musicologist, he published several books of rare compositions with musical notations, including dhrupad and Rabindra Sangeet.
