Vidushi Malabika Kanan (27 December 1930 - 17 February 2009) was a noted Hindustani Classical Vocalist. Her musical rendering of khyals was exceptional among the singers of that genre and her exposition of Bairagi and Desh in a rich voice was of special tonal quality.

Pandit Omkarnath Thakur (24 June 1897 - 29 December 1967), his name often preceded by the title Pandit, was an influential Indian Educator, Musicologist and Hindustani Classical Vocalist. He is famously known as "Pranav Rang", his pen-name. A disciple of Classical Singer Pt. Vishnu Digambar Paluskar of Gwalior Gharana, he became the principal of Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Lahore, and later went on become the first dean of the music faculty at Banaras Hindu University.

Pandit Arun Kashalkar (born 5 January 1943) is a very well known name in Hindusthani Classical Music circle. For more than 3 decades, Arunji has mesmerized audiences with his scintillating performances.

Initiated into the field of Indian classical music by his father, the renowned musicologist and teacher Pt. N. D. Kashalkar, Pandit Arun Kashalkar later received training from Pt. Rajabhau Kogje and Pt. Ram Marathe. Then stalwart vocalist and violinist of Gwalior, Jaipur and Agra gharanas, Pandit Gajananrao Joshi guided Arun Kashalkar for several years.
