Classical Vocalist, Composer and Guru Pandit Hemant Pendse

Pandit Hemant Pendse, a rising star on the horizon of Indian Classical Music has by now established his own identity. Born in Dhule, he had his early schooling in Bhusawal & Jalgaon. He secured a Diploma in Mechanical engineering from Jalgaon Polytechnic. But he had true love for music it was in born in him and was promoted by his elder sister who was learning music in Bhusawal. Hemant received his early training at late Shri. Manohar Betavadkar. Later he found his real Guru in Late Pt. Jitendra Abhisheki. He lived with him as a member of his family from 1978-1990.

Sarangi Maestro Pandit Bharat Bhushan Goswami

On the horizon of Indian Classical Music Pt. Bharat Bhushan Goswami is one of the Leading Artists born on 25th Dec 1955. Pt. Bharat Bhushan Goswami is Grandson of Pt. Anmol Chand Goswami,” A Singer of traditional Havelli Sangeet related to the temple of Radha Rani at Barsana, (Mathura)”. He had his initial training in Vocal Music being inspired by his Grandfather. Afterwards he became interested in Sarangi and was guided by Pt. Kanhaiya Lal Ji of Mathura.

Vocalist, Musicologist and Composer Pandit K. G. Ginde

Hindustani Classical Vocalist, teacher, composer and scholar, Pt. Krishna Gundopant Ginde famously known as Pt. K. G. Ginde was born on December 26, 1925, in Bailhongal, near Belgaum, Karnataka. He showed interest in music from an early age and devoted his entire life to its pursuit. He became a shishya of Pt. S N Ratanjankar at the age of 11 and moved to Lucknow to become a member of Ratanjankar`s household. S. N. Ratanjankar was then the Principal of Marris College of Music, founded by Bhatkhande.

Tabla Maestro and Guru Padma Bhushan Pandit Nikhil Ghosh

Pandit Nikhil Jyoti Ghosh (28 December 1918 – 3 March 1995) was an Indian musician, teacher and writer, known his proficiency on the percussion instrument of Tabla. He founded Sangit Mahabharati, an institution of music in 1956, and performed on various stages in India and abroad. A recipient of the Ustad Hafiz Ali Khan Award, his style was known to have been aligned with the Delhi, Ajrada, Farukhabad, Lucknow and Punjab gharanas of Tabla. The Government of India awarded him the third highest civilian honour of the Padma Bhushan, in 1990, for his contributions to Music.
